Insuring high flood risk homes and business isn't everyone's cup of tea. Flood Re has been a financial lifeline for many but there is still much work to do to promote awareness of the scheme and increase its availability.

Our insurer panel want to support homes in high flood risk areas, they know that our clients face a higher risk to flooding than most and they're set up to respond and support our clients when they need it most.

Managing Director

Liz is a Chartered Insurance Broker with over 20 years of industry experience, Liz is the driving force behind Flood Assist. She founded the business to simplify the complexities of high-risk property insurance, leveraging her extensive background to provide clients with unparalleled specialist knowledge and leadership.

Callum Jones

Cert CII, BA (Hons)

Client Services Manager

Callum joined Flood Assist in October 2022, having started his insurance career in 2018 at one of the UK's largest brokers. As Client Services Manager, he uses his wealth of personal lines experience to lead our service standards, ensuring every client receives expert guidance and a seamless insurance experience.

Helen Heather

Flood Insurance Specialist

Helen joined Flood Assist in January 2022, backed by a career in insurance spanning back to 2004. She is a highly experienced specialist in complex non standard property risks. From flood prone properties to thatched homes and historic listed buildings, Helen's deep industry knowledge ensures our clients find robust protection for their most unique assets.

Eddie Tesloff

Flood Insurance Specialist

Eddie's career in insurance spans back to 2017, Eddie joined Flood Assist in March 2023. He brings a wealth of property experience to the team, dedicated to providing clients with expert guidance and a thorough understanding of the flood insurance landscape.

Catherine Adamson

Flood Insurance Specialist

Catherine entered the insurance sector in 2018, moving to personal lines in 2022 with one of the UK's largest brokers before joining Flood Assist in April 2024. Catherine excels at navigating the fine print to ensure nothing is overlooked. Her thorough approach and diverse insurance background make securing complex property insurance a simple and stress-free process for her clients.

Jason began his career in the insurance industry in 2016, initially focusing on commercial lines before transitioning to personal lines in 2020. He joined the Flood Assist team in June 2025, bringing a versatile professional background that bridges both business and individual insurance needs.

Olivia Kilby

Flood Insurance Specialist

Olivia launched her career in 2018 as an apprentice for one of the UK's largest brokers, gaining a deep ground-up understanding of the industry. Since joining Flood Assist in August 2025, she has used her extensive market knowledge to provide expert, client-focused guidance, ensuring every policy is handled with integrity and care.
